Description
The Senior Digital Marketing & Campaign Manager drives business growth by planning, executing and optimizing campaigns (traditional, digital and direct) as well as online infrastructure (website, landing pages, etc.). The role oversees planning and execution, budgets, routine performance reporting and adjustment - optimizing results for consistancy and measurability.Key responsibilities include managing campaign execution, online infrastructure, along with associated budgets and resources. These campaigns include email, paid search / social media and other campaign-related advertising - including routine reporting of analytics to internal stakeholders. Along with campaign management, this role also works to optimize customer-facing online infrastructure (website, landing pages, etc.) to continually improve lead capture as well as providing support for nurturing and engagement programs within the Company CRM system.
DUTIES
- Plans, develops and executes campaigns (lead generation, brand awareness, etc.) targeting external target markets and audiences based on direction from Marketing and Executive Leadership. Gathers and analyzes market, customer, prospect data as well as internal stakeholder input to help guide campaign decisions.
- Consistently monitors and manages campaign resources - including budgets, deadlines as well as external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure campaign execution that is timely, effective and within budget requirements.
- Monitors and tracks performance across campaigns against prescribed campaign metrics and objectives using a variety of tools. Provides routine reporting and recommendations for campaign improvements to senior and executive leadership.
- Responsible for external websites (babcock.com, focaliti.com) and landing pages, including: site content maintenance, platform migration and updates, new product, services or acquisition messaging and placement, site navigation, geographic targeting for translating and localizing materials by market as well as Search and Generative Engine Optimization (SEO and GEO)
- Ensures that inquiries and leads generated from website(s), marketing campaigns and other initiatives are properly entered into the Company CRM for follow-up by Sales team.
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders to develop, execute and measure lead nurturing campaigns to optimize conversions, grow share of customers and resultant sales revenue.
- Routinely performs and reports key findings from industry research to help support campaign planning as well as help senior and executive leadership maintain a pulse on our overall market segments, their trends and prospect / customer intelligence.
- Supports other Company reporting (sustainability, trademarks, GDPR compliance, etc.) and other activities on an as-needed basis when requested.
- These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related field, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
- 8+ years of overall marketing experience and success at leading teams focused on executing marketing, digital & traditional marketing campaigns, lead nurturing and other growth initiatives, including:
- Including at least 4 years of hands-on experience executing, managing, reporting and optimizing paid search and social campaigns across various platforms (Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Including at least 4 years of experience managing budgets, vendors, team members and other resources
- Including at least 2 years of managing and optimizing website and onlne infrastructure content - maximizing lead capture and conversion rates.
- Including at least 2 years of experience developing and managing lead nurturing campaigns via CRM systems (SalesForce, MS Dynamics, etc.)
- Including a minimum of 1 years of using AI tools (MS CoPilot, ChatGPT, etc.) and progressive proficiency these tools for campaign content development and campaign optimization.
- Highly-analytical business thinker with exceptional planning, execution and project-management skills
- Proven track record of delivering campaigns successfully achieve objectives with available resources
- Ability to identify required steps, take actions and implement effective solutions in a timely manner
- Proactive, pragmatic and systematic problem solver with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office and online reporting tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn reports, etc.), experience in other tools (Power BI, MS Dynamics, Monday.com, etc.) preferred, but not required.
- Previous experience presenting plans and communicating concepts to senior management and non-Marketing stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact successfully with all levels of the organization while collaborating effectively with a diverse workforce and external vendors.
- Experience leading or managing global marketing campaigns preferred, but not required
- Proven Marketing and campaign implementation skills within industrial markets - Power Generation and/or Energy segments preferred, but not required
