- Senior ISC Production Supervisor
Description
As a Senior ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell Aerospace Technologies, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the day-to-day production operations within the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization. You will be responsible for ensuring that production targets are met, quality standards are maintained, and operational efficiency is optimized. Your leadership and expertise will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement initiatives, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of operational excellence.You will report directly to our Production Manager, onsite at of our Clearwater, Fl location.
In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of our production operations. Your ability to effectively manage resources, streamline processes, and drive productivity will directly contribute to meeting customer demands, reducing costs, and ensuring the highest level of quality in our products.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day production operations, ensuring production targets are met and quality standards are maintained.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve productivity.
- Lead and motivate a team of production operators and technicians to achieve production goals and maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices.
- Monitor and analyze production performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Train and Mentor less experienced supervisors to enhance overall capabilities
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Proven experience of 3+ years of production supervision with direct reports.
- Proven experience of 3+ years of production processes, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Proven experience of 3+ years analyzing data, identifying trends, and implementing corrective actions.
- Ability to operate effectively in a compliance-driven environment.
