Description
As a Senior Supply Planner here at Honeywell, you will have significant authority in Strategic Planning, work cross-functionally to achieve organizational objectives and drive functional excellence and continuous improvement. You will enable business value and productivity by leading planning strategy, and driving execution across your team.In this role, you will impact the business by building and leading a high-producing team of Supply Planners across the Site/Network by communicating the vision and driving the strategy for Supply Planning. Your initiatives in developing and implementing advanced supply chain strategies will not only ensure seamless alignment with customer demand but will also contribute significantly to heightened customer satisfaction and sustained business growth.

- Lead the supply planning process for complex and critical products.
- Develop and implement advanced supply chain strategies.
- Optimize inventory levels to ensure proactive alignment with customer demand.
- Oversee and mentor the supply planning team.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in the supply chain operations.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, operations planning/scheduling, materials management or other Sales Inventory and Operations Planning related functional areas.
- Proficiency with Demand or Supply Planning tools (e.g. RapidResponse, SAP APO module, Forecast Pro).
WE VALUE
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience with SAP ERP systems.
- Experience with Kinaxis/RapidResponse supply and inventory planning tools.
- APICS, CPIM, CPSM, or CPE certification preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to efficiently multi-task, prioritize, and delegate.
- Ability to collaborate with both internal and external customers.
