Description

Essential Functions

• Communicate shipment instructions with internal staff, drivers, and carriers to ensure efficient operations
• Coordinate and execute shipping schedules, including dispatching local freight
• Prepare shipping documentation; arrange transportation with carriers
• Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments against orders, bills of lading, and inventory records
• Partner with operations/production teams to align product readiness with shipping timelines
• Track, log, and manage inventory and shipment status to ensure on-time delivery
• Inspect inbound and outbound shipments for quality and accuracy; resolve discrepancies, damages, or shortages
• Coordinate yard movements and support logistics reporting, issue resolution, and compliance activities
• All other duties assigned.

• Minimum 2 years' mobile equipment experience in a warehouse or shipping environment
• Mobile equipment certification (or ability to obtain)
• Familiarity with LOTO procedures
• Intermediate computer skills for data entry and system navigation
• SAP experience a plus

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods (up to 12 hours) during the work shift.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 55 pounds independently and up to 75 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb steps, stairs, ladders and mounting/dismounting mobile equipment
• Ability to frequently bend, twist, squat, kneel, reach, pull and push
