TheSocial Services Assistant would assist the Social Worker in planning, organizing, and directing programs that facilitate the social, psychological, and physiological well-being of each resident. They would also help provide direct resident and family support; and act as a resident advocate.Social Services Assistant Qualifications:

• Social work experience preferred
• Must have a valid Virginia driver's license
• Experience in long-term care preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Knowledge of social services practices and procedures
