Description
As a Sr Advanced Engineering Support Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in providing advanced engineering support for various projects and initiatives. You will lead and manage a team of engineers, ensuring the successful execution of engineering support activities and the delivery of high-quality solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans, ensuring that all engineering support requirements are met.In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of our engineering support operations. You will be responsible for managing a team of support specialists, providing guidance and support to resolve complex customer issues, and driving improvements in our support processes.

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum 5 years of experience in advanced engineering support or related roles
- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
- Experience with quality management systems and processes
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
