REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage Inventory \n
- Add new parts \n
- Recommended spare parts to inventory \n
- Add barcodes to parts and bins \n
- Attach item picture to parts \n
- Determine reorder points (Min/Max) \n
- Receive parts into iMaint CMMS \n
- \n

- \n
- Manage Purchase Order Backlog: Review open purchase orders report and contact suppliers to understand parts/purchases orders greater than 60 days \n
\n
- \n
- Manage Receiving Process \n
- Handle the necessary paperwork to procure inventory parts and supplies \n
- Receive parts and supplies into iMaint (Work Request, Work Orders, Parts, Kitting, Purchasing) \n
- Partner with finance on invoicing approvals \n
- Receive UPS, FedEx, Maintenance, Production, Shipping/Receiving (Warehouse), Quality, Sanitation and Storeroom related items \n
- Issue and track Bill of Ladings \n

- Ensure Inventory Accuracy \n
- Manage physical Inventory: manage, create, and conduct physical cycle counts \n
- Run inventory reports, analyze metrics \n
- \n

- Manage Item Issues/Returns \n
- Help customers locate parts \n
- Manage inventory transactions \n
- Issue parts through iMaint \n
- Evaluate item usage \n
- Return items to work order in system \n
- Physically return item to stockroom \n
- Look for vendor buy back opportunities \n

- Manage Work Requests/Work Orders: Create work orders (DTMs/CMs) to support parts transactions out of the stockroom \n
\n
- \n
- Coordinate Inter-Plant Transfers: Collaborate on interplant inventory transactions \n
- Manage Obsolete Parts \n
- Understand/conduct a 5-year inactive review of inventory \n
- Investigate internal transfers \n
- Initiate vendor buyback process \n
- Follow scrap process \n
- \n

- Manage Physical Storeroom: cleanliness, manage storeroom security, run reports, manage plant shipping and receiving (Fedex/UPS) and Bill of Ladings \n

- Manage Kitting Process: run kitting report, issue parts to planned work orders, secure planned parts to kit racks \n
\n
- \n
- Manage internal and external rebuilds: determine part status, Find repair WO, physically receive part back into storeroom, process repair WO, track rebuild savings \n
\n
We offer an hourly rate of $28-$32. Excellent benefits which include medical, dental and vision. Eligibility in benefit plans begin the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Six (6) days of sick leave; two (2) weeks of vacation accrued throughout the year; nine (9) Company Paid Holidays and a 401K Plan with employer match.
