Join our ETO and Solutions Planning team as an Associate, where you'll coordinate engineering-to-order projects and ensure seamless execution from specification to delivery. This role offers hands-on experience managing schedules, aligning resources, and collaborating across sales, engineering, and operations.What will you do?
- Create and manage detailed planning schedules to align resources and deliverables for engineering-to-order projects
- Partner with sales and engineering teams to define project specifications and timelines
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet evolving customer demands and production priorities
- Optimize logistics and inventory planning processes to enhance supply chain effectiveness
What are the key skills we are looking for?
- Inventory Planning - intermediate level; managing stock levels to support project execution and customer delivery
- Material Management Tool - intermediate level; tracking and coordinating materials across engineering-to-order workflows
- Demand Planning - developing level; forecasting requirements to align production schedules with customer needs
- Collaboration - developing level; working across sales, engineering, and operations to ensure project alignment
- Inventory Management - developing level; maintaining visibility and control over materials throughout the supply chain
- Planning Tools - developing level; using systems to schedule resources and track project milestones

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 68,000 - USD 102,000 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
