Description
Key ResponsibilitiesOnboarding & New Hire Experience
- Coordinate and facilitate onboarding activities for all new hourly production associates.
- Conduct new hire orientations and ensure completion of required employment documentation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact during the onboarding process, addressing questions and concerns.
- Monitor attendance and engagement during the critical first 90 days of employment.
- Partner with supervisors to ensure successful integration of new employees into the workforce.
Employee Engagement & Retention
- Build strong relationships with production associates through regular floor presence and employee interaction.
- Conduct employee check-ins, coaching sessions, and stay interviews to improve retention.
- Address employee concerns and escalate issues when appropriate.
- Support employee recognition programs, engagement initiatives, and morale-building activities.
- Assist with conflict resolution and provide guidance on workplace policies and expectations.
Staffing Vendor Partnership
- Act as the primary liaison between Hansen Technologies and staffing agency partners.
- Coordinate workforce planning efforts to meet production staffing requirements.
- Monitor contingent workforce performance, attendance, turnover, and retention metrics.
- Facilitate communication regarding openings, employee performance, and workforce needs.
- Participate in staffing strategy discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Human Resources Support
- Assist with employee relations matters while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Support policy communication and compliance efforts.
- Maintain accurate employee records and onboarding documentation.
- Assist with workforce reporting, attendance tracking, and employee data management.
- Support HR initiatives related to training, compliance, and employee development.
