Description
The Title Processor will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless preparation of title reports, commitments and policies. This full-time position requires a professional with strong communication skills, a commitment to teamwork, and a minimum of I year of experience in an industry related role.
POSITION DETAIL:
Job title: Title Processor
Location: In Office - Tampa FL
Position Status: Full Time
FLSA Status: Hourly
Salary Range: $36,400 - $41,600
Scheduled Hours: 8:30- 5:00 PM (Local Time)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Title staff in all aspects of the title process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Daily monitoring of incoming orders to include entry & distribution to appropriate parties.
- Data entry of new orders, updates and final policy requests.
- Coordinate title staff and closing staff to gather necessary information required for reports, commitments and policies.
- Clearly and professionally communicate with all parties involved to resolve any issues or questions that may arise during the title process.
- Track and monitor internal and client timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Prepare title reports, commitments and policies as directed by the title manager.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a TitleProcessor or similar role in the real estate or title insurance industry.
- Familiarity with real estate industry terms, documents and processes
- Good typing skills
- Familiarity with Ramquest or SoftPro
- Able to work in the office at least 4 days per week
- Some title experience is a plus
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in a paperless environment
